Koffelo NOC — Nitro Cold Brew

The quick answer: Koffelo NOC is a liquid nitro cold brew coffee shot. Pour a shot into water or milk, stir and serve. You do not need to grind beans, steep coffee overnight or use a coffee machine. Follow the serving and storage instructions on your pack.

What is NOC?

NOC stands for Nitrogen Over Coffee. It is Koffelo's nitro cold brew range, supplied as a liquid coffee base. The single-shot product is 20 ml; Weekly and Monthly Packs are also listed in the NOC collection. Check the individual product page for the pack you are ordering.

Choose NOC if you prefer pouring a liquid base to measuring powder. If you prefer a jar of powder, explore Cold Brew Signature or Speciality Instant. These formats have different preparation instructions, so do not substitute their serving quantities automatically.

How to prepare your first NOC

You need your NOC shot, a glass, a spoon, water or milk, and ice if you want a chilled drink. Start with the directions on the product label; the liquid quantity below is an adjustable recipe suggestion, not a replacement for the label.

  1. Choose your base. Add approximately 150 ml of chilled water or milk to a glass. Use water for a black coffee or milk for a fuller drink.
  2. Add the coffee. Pour in a NOC shot, following the serving directions on your pack.
  3. Stir before adding ice. Mixing first helps you judge the drink's strength.
  4. Adjust to taste. Add a little more water or milk if the flavour is too intense. Add ice last and serve.

A measuring glass can help you repeat a cup you enjoy. Record how much liquid you used, then keep that starting point for your next drink. Ice will dilute the coffee as it melts; smaller amounts of ice or a chilled glass can give you more control.

Three ways to make NOC your own

Black coffee over ice

Use water as the base and finish with ice. Taste before adding any sweetener. This is the simplest way to get familiar with the coffee itself.

A milk-based coffee

Use chilled dairy milk or your preferred plant-based drink. Milk alternatives have different flavours and sweetness levels, so adjust after mixing. If you want a layered look, add the coffee last; stir it together before drinking.

A coffee tonic

Fill a glass with ice and chilled tonic, then add the coffee slowly. Pour gently because carbonated drinks can foam. The result will taste different from a milk coffee: tonic adds its own sweetness and bitterness.

Choose your pack and store it correctly

Start with the single 20 ml NOC shot if you are trying the format for the first time. Compare the Weekly Pack and Monthly Pack if it suits your routine. Names such as “Weekly” and “Monthly” should not be used to infer a serving count; check the pack details before ordering.

Follow the printed storage instructions and best-before date. Preparation and storage rules can differ before and after opening. If those instructions are unclear, ask Koffelo support before storing an opened shot or making a batch.
